This website, vinikusai.com, is run by Vinikus AI Global Tech Private Limited ("Vinikus AI", "we", "us"). Registered office: 1003, 10th Floor, Vivanta36, Opp AMC Water Tank, New Maninagar, Ramol, Ahmedabad-382449.
For the personal data described here, we are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the rules made under it.
This policy covers this website only. Our products (such as CampusNova.ai, Swarnim LMS, School ERP and Shiksha Path) have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
2. Personal data we collect

We do not ask for sensitive data such as financial, health or identity documents through this website. Please do not include it in your message.
3. Your consent
When you submit the contact form or email us, you consent to us using the details you provide for the purpose in section 2. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.
We process technical data to run and secure the website, as a legitimate use permitted under the DPDP Act.
We may send you news and offers about our products and services only if you agree to it separately. Every such email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also stop them by emailing [email protected].
4. Who processes your data for us
We use a small number of service providers (Data Processors). They act only on our instructions:
- Web3Forms: delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Cloudflare: hosts the website, protects it from attacks, and provides cookie-free, aggregate visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Our email provider: stores the messages we receive and send.
These providers may process data on servers outside India. Such transfers follow the DPDP Act, including any restrictions the Central Government notifies.
If your enquiry is about a product or service of one of our group companies, we may share it with that company so that it can reply to you. It may use your data only for that purpose, and must protect it as this policy describes.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
5. Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics do not use cookies and do not identify you. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
If we later add other analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first, and we will ask for your consent before we use any tool that needs it.
6. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry messages for 24 months, or for as long as we need them to respond to you and handle any follow-up, whichever is longer. We then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. We keep CVs for 12 months so that we can contact you about future roles, and then delete them; you can ask us to delete yours earlier. Server and security logs are kept only for short periods set by our hosting provider.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data;
- withdraw your consent;
- have your grievance addressed by us;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.

9. Children
This website is meant for adults, institutions and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children (under 18) through it. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to enquiry emails. No online system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board and affected people as the law requires.
